RESPONSIBILITIES
Install fiberglass batt insulation to required specifications.
Install and properly seal vapor barriers.
Ensure insulation and vapor barrier work meets building code and project requirements.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Work safely and follow company safety procedures.
Communicate effectively with supervisors and other trades on site.
Complete work efficiently while maintaining a high standard of workmanship.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 2 years of experience installing fiberglass batt insulation and vapor barrier.
Strong knowledge of proper insulation and vapor barrier installation techniques.
Able to read, follow plans and job specifications.
Good attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Comfortable working in attics, crawlspaces, basements and construction sites.
Physically capable of performing the duties required in a construction environment.
Valid driver's license and transportation is required.
Must be legally authorized to work in Canada without employer sponsorship.
